Design Management

We have a ‘right first time’ mentality in providing a cost-effective solution for our client and take time to understand the objective prior to a solution being offered.

A design brief is then produced which is reviewed with the client and once this is approved and authorised the project can then proceed.

Management at this stage is critical and a clear definition of the project ensures full understanding by the team.

Design tools such as AutoCAD & StruCAD are utilised to produce:

• Flowcharts
• Build Programs &
• Structural Steelwork Layouts

By working closely with the client and the subcontractor a tri-partied relationship is formed which becomes the basis of the ‘team’
